We are ready to get started with your claim. All you have to do is download, complete, sign and return the following forms in order that we may proceed with your claim immediately. If you have any questions you should refer to the enclosed instructions or contact our Claim Advisors today in order that we may assess your case and assist you with the documents enclosed.

Our Fees

We provide all our services on a No Win-No Fee basis*. That means we only charge you if and when we have secured compensation or a refund for you. 

We are pleased to offer all of our services at just 20% (inclusive) of the total amount of compensation or refund we secure for you.  If we secure £2,000 for you, you will pay us £400 inclusive. Refer to your Client Agreement for full details.

 

Payment Protection Insurance (PPI)

All we require are the following forms completing, signing and posting to our offices:

Bank Charges

All we require are the following forms completing, signing and posting to our offices:

2b. Information request: Data Protection Act**                            

       
OR

      Your Bank, Credit Card or Loan Statements detailing all the charges to be reclaimed

        OR

      A cheque for £10 made payable to your Bank

**If you prefer, you may send a cheque for £10 made payable to your Bank. If you have closed your account, you must send cheque, as the fee can only be debited from the same bank.

*       Other charges maybe payable in some exceptional circumstances.  The client is responsible for providing the bank statements detailing the charges or paying £10 Data Protection Act fee to obtain this information from their bank, and maybe required to pay court fees in certain circumstances where they wish to proceed through the courts.  We shall receive no payment, fees, charges or disbursements in unsuccessful claims where the client has provided accurate information and has not terminated or breached the agreement with our firm.  Please contact our team for full details of the Terms & Conditions.
