Internal Complaints Procedure
Whilst we endeavour to provide the highest quality service to all our clients, there may be occasions where a client wishes to complain. In circumstances where a client is unhappy with the service provided or has a complaint regarding how their claim was handled, we will investigate the issues raised by a complainant as follows:
Within 5 working day of having received your complaint, we will send you a written acknowledgement of receipt of the complaint.
Within 28 days of having received your complaint, if we are unable to resolve your complaint we will write to you to update you on our progress and inform you when we expect to able to conclude the investigation.
Within 56 days of having received your complaint, if we have still not resolved your complaint we will send you details of the progress of your complaint and confirm your right to refer your complaint to the Claims Management Regulator.
At this point or after receiving our final decision, you wish to refer the complaint to the Claims Management Regulator. The contact details are as follows:

Once all the relevant information has been reviewed we will issue a decision letter detailing our investigation and conclusions.
